Our Pick up service takes place in the center of Milan. The bus takes approximately one hour to Pick up all of the passengers, subject to traffic conditions and the number of passengers booked for that particular tour. For this reason, pick up times are shown as an interval "Starting from 8:30" means that we will pick up you at your hotel at 8:30 or later in order to be in time for the beginning of the tour.

Very good experience overall. My husband forgot his backpack on the bus. We asked couple of other drivers of the bus in the same company and they were very helpful and spoke English fluently. We got the backpack the next day and we were so happy that they returned it to us even earlier than we were told about the pick up time. All staffs were so helpful (from drivers to operator to front desk person)with excellent customer support despite of the hassle we’ve given them. Thank you again who helped us got our backpack back!

I forgot my bag in the bus and i was so scared because my passport was in it. But the next day I communicated with the company and they had it in the office untouched. Big thanks to the company and Rita from customer services for their honesty. Surly it won’t be the last time i deal with them. They are also the cheapest of all other bus services.
