Until the 26th of February, Milan will step onto the international stage proud of its credentials as the only fashion system in the world able to represent the entire production chain, from yarn to finished product, for the Milan Fashion Week. February 2018 will be jam-packed with a grand total of 64 shows, 92 presentations, 3 presentations by appointment only and 18 events on the calendar; it will showcase 156 collections and place Milan firmly centre stage as the Capital of Fashion.

The Fashion Hub, will be located at the Spazio Cavallirizze inside the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology. Other important locations of this year's Fashion Week will be the Sala delle Cariatidi at Palazzo Reale and the Padiglione Visconti in Via Tortona 58. There will be numerous events open to the public.

One of the most anticipated event will be on Saturday: Christie’s is to auction 30 of what Anna dello Russo described as her most iconic outfits — by the likes of Gianni Versace, Tom Ford for Gucci, Nicolas Ghesquière for Balenciaga — during an invitation-only event at a palazzo on the Corso di Porta Romana in Milan. Proceeds are to benefit the Swarovski Foundation Scholarship program, which collaborates with design schools to support emerging talents.

Once again this year, the Fashion Week can be followed in live streaming on milovanodadonna.it. Click here for all the events!
