I have emailed them but I never receive a response. I have questions but looks like I have to deal with it there when I only have 2 days in Milan. What a service.
Overall good experiance and great value for money! However could not activate the pass via mobile app and had to pick it up in visitor center.
It was one of the best experience of my life!
The guide was very knowledgeable, but she had to make up a lot of dead time because we could not get into the Duomo. The tour knew in advance that we would not have time to get in, as was evidenced by the fact the guide already had in hand tickets to pass out for future attendance. We should have been told in advance so that we could arrange another tour later. I should think that the tour could make arrangements for special entry for all of the tours to schedule. I felt like I was gipped. I live in the USA and now likely will never see the Duomo. Rather than take the tour my time would have been better spent standing in the security line.
