We were on the tour on Sunday 14thJan. The guide in Venice didnt wait for us with the baby stroll even if I told to her and the tour leader many times. The tour office didnt inform me about the intense amount of stairs in Venice even if I asked by email (get your guide).The guide in Venice when we asked to tell me some things fow what we missed told un nothing (rude-just a sentence). Im not satisfied. I gave a lot of money and couldnt follow in Venice. The bus good and the driver careful. We were not respected in that tour,because we gave around 129 euros per person and couldnt follow in Venice. Even when we arrived to San Marco by boat with the tour leadeR Antonella she was running and we were trying with difficulty to follow and screaming slower so as not to lose her. Anxious day.
