The email were not clear about were to get the voucher from. I had to get the ticket agent at the stadium to have it emailed to her. Stadium is run down and we saw the whole thing in 30 minutes. No tour guides available. No trophies to see. Nothing but a few football shirts and footballs. The email needs to be greatly improved stating exactly what needs to be done and where to collect vouchers (including any maps). Otherwise more visitors will end up doing what we did and just turn up to the stadium without the correct paperwork. It was just that we had a very helpful staff member that we managed to get this sorted out quickly. I would bother going here. It's a waste of time and money.
